Anti-inflammatory Recipes

Turmeric is part of the healing systems of India, China and the Polynesian Islands because it has amazing anti-inflammatory properties. The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin and in addition to reducing inflammation, it is thought to harbour antioxidant, antibacterial, stomach-soothing, and liver-and heart-protecting effects.
